With an Evening Menu changing seasonally, daily lunchtime specials and a waiting team trained in the taste, style and sourcing of every dish, guests should have no hesitation in asking about any aspect of the food at Southernhay House. Following a “source local” policy, we have some great stories here. Chef Alex Gibbs is an Exeter boy born and bred and has built long-term and deep rooted relationships with our local suppliers; most key ingredients are sourced within a 20 mile radius.
